Hummingbird Image Engine is an AI content generation platform for Caribbean businesses, creators, and brands. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Hummingbird.
2. Who Can Use Hummingbird
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate information when signing up.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free coins or promotions.
3. What You Can Create
Hummingbird is designed for marketing and creative content such as:
Ads, flyers, and social media posts
Product and food photography enhancements
Brand assets and logos
Portraits and realistic human images
You may not use Hummingbird to create illegal, harmful, explicit, hateful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to block, remove, or report any misuse.
4. Uploads and Content You Provide
You retain ownership of images you upload.
You must have the right to use anything you upload. Do not upload copyrighted or stolen content.
Uploaded files are temporary and deleted after rendering is complete.
We do not claim ownership of your generated images.
5. Coins and Payments
Hummingbird uses a coin system for generations. Coins are not real currency.
Purchased coins and subscriptions are handled through PayPal.
Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
If a generation fails due to a system error, coins are refunded automatically.
6. Account Actions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Attempt to abuse the coin system or free promotions
Generate blocked or harmful content repeatedly
Impersonate real people without consent
Violate these terms or local laws
Suspended users may appeal by contacting support.
7. Limitations of Liability
Hummingbird is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, lost images, or AI output quality.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hummingbird after changes means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be announced.
