Refund Policy

1. Failed Generation Protection

If an image generation fails due to a system error, you will never lose coins. We have built-in automatic protections:

If coins were not yet deducted, no charge occurs.

If coins were already deducted, they are refunded automatically.

Every refund creates a transaction record with the reason and timestamp.

You will receive an in-app notification when a refund is processed.

2. What Counts as a Failed Generation

OpenAI API error or timeout

Upload processing error

Network interruption during generation

Storage save failure after rendering

Generation stuck in queue beyond the timeout window (2–5 minutes)

Does not include generations where the output simply does not match your expectations. In those cases, the generation completed successfully and coins are not refunded.

3. Subscription Refunds

Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you were incorrectly charged or did not receive your plan benefits, contact support.

Refunds for unused subscription periods may be granted at our discretion within 14 days.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

4. Coin Pack Purchases

Coin packs are generally non-refundable once the coins have been used.

If coins were purchased but never delivered due to a payment system error, a full refund will be issued.

Unused coin packs may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

All billing and refunds are processed through PayPal.

Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 5 to 10 business days.

Coin refunds are instant and appear immediately in your wallet.

You can view your full transaction history, including refunds, on your dashboard.

6. Abuse Prevention

Repeated refund requests without valid reasons may be flagged for review.

Accounts found to be exploiting the refund system may have purchase privileges suspended.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse or fraud.

7. Contact

For refund requests or billing questions, use the in-app notification center or contact your administrator. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
